Center for Families

About the Center for Families

The Center for Families provides a home for a variety of family-oriented groups.  Our doors are open to everyone, especially the growing number of immigrants from West African countries. We respect each family’s experience and offer a variety of services to help meet life’s challenges.

What we can do for you:

Services offered, in collaboration with our partner agencies:

  • Job training and employment assistance
  • Preschool programming
  • Mental health services
  • After-school programming and mentoring for youth

In addition, we offer small non-profits a “virtual office” featuring mail delivery, meeting space, voice mail account, internet access, e-mail account, and use of copier and fax.  More than 25 organizations base their headquarters at the Center for Families.

We offer affordable space in a variety of room sizes, for meetings, workshops, classes and gatherings. Rooms can include use of TV, DVD/VCR player, projector, screens and white boards.
